Work pisses me off

Why do management-types feel the need to be so fucking long-winded. Here I am at work, and two managers come in to talk about one stinking support incident. Well it ends up turning into them in here for three hours trying to help us "nail down our processes". Meanwhile we have customers waiting for return calls and they are keeping us pre-occupied with their bullshit. Blah blah blah. Go back to business school you morons, you obviously have no clue about efficiency OR about customer service.
