Spring is in the air...
Well I am truly a slacker. It is April, and my last update was in January. I haven't had anything to say. Been busy with work and skiing every chance I get. Oh I have seen moe. a few times this year as well! :P
Anyway, something about spring gets me all worked up. Its the smell in the air, the mild temperatures, the sprouting of new growth. Maybe it has something to do with the ladies shedding those winter clothes for garments that are a little more..ahem..revealing. Either way, it is a lovely time of year, yet my feelings towards spring are bittersweet.
I love the summer. I can't wait to get out on the boat and wakeboard. The new wetsuit will prolong the wakeboarding season for me this year too. But my problem with spring is that the snow melts. My precious, beautiful snow. The land was once wrapped in an untouched blanket of white, and now is muddy and filthy. Now EVERYONE wants to go outside, where in the winter only the hardcore go outside for hours at a time.
Oh well...I am looking at a couple more weekends of skiing, and then it is off to the lake. Anyone care to join me?
